Naturally leavened whole wheat bread with a touch of honey to balance the flavor of the fresh milled grains.
“State Fair White” Pan Loaf - $5 each
I first entered this bread in the State Fair 8 years ago and it’s only improved since then. An enriched white bread, wonderful for sandwiches or toasting, this is not your mother’s Wonder Bread!
Medium Rye Multigrain Loaf - $5 each
More rye (40%) in this bread gives it a tangier taste and the multigrain flour blend results in a wonderful rustic loaf. Naturally leavened, the rye was milled less than 24 hours ago.
Whole Wheat Croissants – 2 for $5
