Naturally leavened sourdough made with fresh milled “Turkey Red” wheat (an heirloom grain). A long fermentation process provides a flavorful “tang” to this hearty bread.
Honey Wheat Pan Loaf - $5 each
Naturally leavened whole wheat bread with a touch of honey to balance the flavor of the fresh milled grains.
Multigrain Pan Loaf - $5 each
Made from a blend of flours, cracked wheat, cracked rye, and whole flax. A wonderful bread that has a soft, even texture.
