Naturally leavened sourdough made with fresh milled “Turkey Red” wheat (an heirloom grain). A long fermentation process provides a flavorful “tang” to this hearty bread.

A naturally leavened sourdough with the addition of olives scattered throughout. If you like olives, you’ll really enjoy this bread!
“New York” Rye - $5 each
Made with fresh milled rye flour, this is a wonderful rye bread that goes well with almost anything, and makes an excellent avocado toast!
Honey Wheat Pan Loaf - $5 each
A whole wheat bread made with fresh milled “Turkey Red” wheat (an heirloom grain), with a touch of honey to balance the flavor of the fresh milled grains.
Whole Wheat Croissants – 2 for $5
